Shipping
Frames and posters are shipped separately. Frames are shipped by UPS, rolled posters generally by the US Post Office, first class. All of our frames are custom produced and may take a little longer to ship than rolled posters. Expect posters to arrive in one to two weeks from the time you place your order.
We know how annoying it can be to have to wait until the end of an order to find out how much your shipping charges actually are, so we will give you an idea of what it may cost--and you can also check our estimator for a quick idea of the shipping costs alone.
Posters are shipped in tubes. We ship flat rate to the United States for $6.50 per order. This includes postage, packaging, rolling the posters, and handling.
Framed posters are packed in sturdy specialty boxes and carefully packed. Packing, handling and shipping will generally cost between $8.00 and $15.00 per framed item.
For example a framed and matted poster in our solid ash frame will cost approximately $75.00 with an additional $9.00 for shipping in the continental United Sates. A birdseye maple frame, our most expensive model, will be closer to $20.00 to ship. A quick way to calculate your shipping cost ahead of time is to figure shipping and packing will be about 14% of the total cost of the framing, not including the price of the poster.
Returns
Framed Posters
We try to pack all of our items carefully in UPS proof packaging. However, from time to time an item may arrive damaged. If so we will of course be happy to replace it. Please contact UPS directly with any claims. If you have any difficulties we will be glad to assist you in your return.
Items may only be returned if damaged in shipping or otherwise defective. Please do not return any items without contacting the shipper first if damaged. If an item is defective you may contact us directly.
